What are the available forms of payment?
Currently payments are made through Paypal, Mercadopago and others that may be added in the future.
Can I pay in cash or bank deposit?
Yes, in case of purchases in Argentina you can pay in cash by Rapipago or Pagofacil. In case of foreign purchases, you can transfer or make cash deposits in the bank account(s) that we have destined for this purpose.
What are the shipping methods available?
Depending on the area where you have made the purchase, shipments are made through DHL and others that may be added in the future with the interest of improving your shopping experience and quality of our services.
How much does the shipping cost?
You can estimate the shipping cost before confirming your purchase.
Can I track my order online?
Yes. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with the data so you can follow up.
Can I go to pick up my purchase somewhere?
In case that your purchase is made in Argentina, you may withdraw your product in our store. If your purchase is made from any other country, it will be sent via DHL to the delivery address you report.
Can I change or return the product once I bought it?
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to change your product, returns are not accepted.
El Nochero products respond to demanding quality controls. If you believe that the product purchased has a factory fault, please contact us to proceed to make the change.
